Great product. It's the first type of wireless earbuds that I have enjoyed. Great design, while also executing its purpose very well. The only critique that I have about it is that I have to activate both earbuds to switch the sound profiles. I generally like using just one earbud to hear other things better. Sadly though, using one earbud doesn't allow me to change sound profiles. I have to have both earbuds on in order to do that, instead of just having one. It's not a major issue, just a minor inconvenience. Overall, the product is amazing. Thank you to everyone who was involved in creating this product.
