How easy is it to connect the Bluetooth?
It’s as easy as taking them out of the charging capsule! As soon as they’re removed, both earbuds will turn on automatically and be ready to pair. Just go to the Bluetooth settings on your desired device, click the Everyday Earbuds and you're connected.
What are the Everyday Earbuds compatible with?
Our Everyday Earbuds are compatible with most Bluetooth enabled devices like mobile phones, tablets and computers regardless of the brand. As long as you can select the earbuds on the device, you should be good to go!
What is the difference between The Everyday Earbuds and the other models?
The Everyday Earbuds are Raycon’s flagship product and the most affordable. Ideal for everyday use, the earbuds have up to 6 hours of battery for listening to audio and making or taking calls, with the charging case holding up to 32 hours of battery. For an upgraded daily listen, there’s the Performer Earbuds. The Performer Earbuds also have up to 6 hours of battery life but with up to 36 hours of battery in the wireless charging compatible capsule. For athletes and active listeners, we have the Work Earbuds , which offer a snugger fit and 6 microphones for crystal-clear calls.
How fast is shipping?
It usually takes 1-2 business days to process an order. Once it’s
shipped, transit usually takes 4-8 business days. We do offer expedited shipping options for our US based customers for a fee. You can read more about our shipping policy here.
What’s your one-year limited warranty cover?
The Raycon Limited One-Year Warranty covers any manufacturer defects within the first year of purchase. If the sounds bugs out on you or your capsule randomly stops charging, we have you covered.

I love the color of the ear buds and the sound quality of them but now they are making a real bad squeaking noise when in the capsule to recharge

I really like the sound, but I'm having an issue with one of the ear buds. The button seems sticky and hard to get to register the push, it doesn't have a click like the other bud does.wondering if it's possible to swap it somehow?
