Internationally, we ship to the following countries: France, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Poland.

Ground shipping usually takes between 4 and 14 business days. 

Expedited shipping usually takes 2 business days once the order has been processed. Processing can take up to 3 business days depending on order volume.

We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders greater than $30 placed on www.rayconglobal.com. International orders vary in shipping cost based on country.

We offer a 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. The 45 day period begins upon the date of your purchase. We are evaluating the evolving situation and will be happy to work with each customer to extend the return if necessary during these volatile times. Within those 45 days, you may submit a request for a full refund, product exchange, or Raycon store credit of equivalent value that may be redeemable for any product on our website.

For purchases made between January 25th and February 8th, 2021: To help our customers shop more confidently during our Valentine’s Day Sale, orders placed during this period will have the return period extended to March 31st, 2021 so that those orders given as gifts can have the same 45 day guarantee.
