What are the Gaming Earbuds compatible with?
The Gaming Earbuds will connect to most Bluetooth-enabled devices like mobile phones, tablets, computers, and laptops regardless of the brand. As long as you can select the Gaming Earbuds on the device, you should be good to go!
A USB Type-A or Type-C Bluetooth Transmitter (sold separately) is required for console gaming. This transmitter will allow you to wirelessly connect your Gaming Earbuds directly to the console.
What is HyperSync Low Latency Mode?
This mode optimizes the streaming connection to minimize delay and lag. Your gaming and streaming performance will be the best using this mode.
How fast is shipping?
It usually takes 1-2 business days to process an order. Once it’s shipped, transit usually takes 4-8 business days. We do offer expedited shipping options for our US based customers for a fee. You can read more about our shipping policy here.
What’s your one-year limited warranty cover?
