I work out of my home office and use MS Teams for video and audio conferencing. I normally used Earbuds. However, having ear buds in your ear all day is uncomfortable. This speaker eliminates the ear buds and it is loud and clear. I also have a window air conditioner in my small home office and it isn't an issue. Only ding is that the speaker sleeps too soon. I'd rather the speaker stay on for 4 - 6 hours before it goes to sleep. I don't know if there is a setting for that. Highly recommend!

Great conference speaker phone, but could had have a small display to show which connection it was using, but that's just a tiny issue I personally have.
