How easy is it to connect the Bluetooth?
It’s as easy as taking them out of the charging capsule! As soon as they’re removed, both earbuds will turn on automatically and be ready to pair. Just go to the Bluetooth settings on your desired device, click the Everyday Earbuds and you're connected.
What is IPX7?
The Fitness Earbuds are workout ready and poolside safe. While you shouldn’t go swimming with them, they are water-resistant with IPX7 grade protection against sweat and getting stuck in the rain.
What’s your one-year limited warranty cover?
The Raycon Limited One-Year Warranty covers any manufacturer defects within the first year of purchase. If the sounds bugs out on you or your capsule randomly stops charging, we have you covered.
How fast is shipping?
Because of the extra measures and health precautions taken by our shipping partners related to the COVID-19, our processing time has now increased to 7-10 business days.
