What are the Gaming Headphones compatible with?

What is Haptic Vibration Technology?
Haptic Vibration is a rumble pack for your ears to increase your immersion! Our engineering team focused on enhancing the acoustic frequency range of common video game sounds (explosions, car engines, wind noise) so that you can feel what you are seeing and hearing.
My computer doesn’t have a USB-A input, how can I use the dongle?
You can use USB-A to USB-C adapter or hub to attach the Gaming Headphones dongle. Just make sure you don’t overload the hub with many accessories (monitors, charging cables, etc) or your wireless performance will decrease.
Can I turn certain features ON or OFF?
Yes! You can turn off the Headphone Lighting and the Haptic Vibration to suit your preferences. You can also toggle between 3 built-in Sound Profiles to optimize for any and all content. For step-by-step instructions see the manual here.
