Everyday Clip Earbuds

I really like the design and the fit. They sit comfortably in your ear without going directly into the ear canal, which I prefer. And due to it not having an ear clip that goes around and behind the ear, my hair doesn't get caught on it constantly - major plus. The sound quality is noticeably better than the Open Ear buds, and you can actually hear what you’re playing clearly.

It does take a little time for your ears to adjust to the fit. The spot where the clip rests can get a bit sore at first. The clip itself isn’t tight, though—my guess is I may just have sensitive ears.

My biggest complaint is with phone calls. Everyone tells me I sound muffled, and I have to speak pretty loudly for people to hear me clearly. The Open buds had the same issue, although not quite as bad. I really wish that part worked better.

Another downside is the battery situation. The amount of time you can recharge the buds using the case before the case itself needs to be charged feels pretty limited.

One other thing to be aware of: even though the earbuds look interchangeable, they aren’t when it comes to charging. Each one has to go into the correct side of the case or it won’t charge. If it doesn’t seat securely and kind of “bounce back” when you place it in the case, it’s probably on the wrong side.

I like these better than the Essential Open earbuds. The Essential buds are hard to put on and adjust without constantly touching the sensitive controls. These mount easily and stay in place firmly. The sound is comparable to the other open earbuds but the controls are much easier with the button-style control. I can't wear the inside-the-ear buds so these are my only alternative other than the muff style. I think these are a good buy in this price range.

Outstanding. I can hear everything going on around me and yet hear music or conversation on the phone perfectly and I can certainly wear these 6 to 8 hours a day
