How much is shipping? 

We offer free shipping on all orders greater than $35USD placed on www.rayconglobal.com. Expedited Shipping can be selected at checkout for domestic orders at an additional fee. International orders vary in customs and duties costs based on country. 

Please note we cannot ship to APO/PO Box addresses for Expedited Shipping options.

How long does shipping take?  

Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

For orders in the United States, your order is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 4 to 8 business days following fulfillment. In rare circumstances, the package may take up to 14 business days.

Expedited shipping times do not include processing periods. Expedited shipments are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered in 2-3 business days. 

For orders outside the United States, orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 6 to 14 business days following fulfillment.

Where do you ship to in the United States? 

We ship to any address in the United States including Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and the United States Virgin Islands.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, France, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Hungary, Greece, and Croatia

 

Can I cancel an order I just placed?

Since we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, orders are processed soon after placement. Because of these quick processed times, orders cannot be canceled, changed or adjusted once placed.  

 

 

Returns

What is your return policy? 

For products purchased directly on www.rayconglobal.com, we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. The 30 day period begins upon the date of your purchase. We are evaluating the evolving situation and will be happy to work with each customer to extend the return if necessary during these volatile times. 

Within those 30 days, you may submit a request for a full refund, product exchange, or Raycon store credit of equivalent value that may be redeemable for any product on our website. 

If the item has been unreasonably tampered with, the original contents are not returned in full, or shows signs of excessive wear and tear from user misuse, we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee or deny a return. 

 

How do I begin the returns process?    

Please visit our Returns Portal at https://returns.rayconglobal.com/#/ to get started. You will be asked to enter your Order ID and your Shipping Zip Code.

Do I pay for the cost of shipping for my return? 

For domestic orders, a prepaid label will be provided for return shipments.

For international and non-domestic orders, including orders from Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and the United States Virgin Islands, shipping costs must be covered by the customer as we cannot generate a prepaid label. Please keep record of your tracking number as we cannot issue a refund for items that we do not receive.

How long does the returns process take? 

For domestic return requests, pre-paid labels are sent automatically. All returns are processed within 7-10 business days of being received by our return teams.

 

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 1-year limited warranty for products purchased from our website. The Raycon Limited Warranty only covers manufacturer defects for up to the first year after a device's purchase date.

Items returned for warranty are eligible for a replacement of an equivalent product model.
