The Magic Charging Pad wirelessly charges all Qi-certified devices, including compatible phones and accessories.
Does it magnetically attach to my device?
It magnetically attaches to Qi2- or MagSafe-compatible devices and accessories. Other devices can charge wirelessly without magnetic attachment, including many Raycon earbud products.
How fast does it charge?
The Magic Charging Pad delivers up to 25W of wireless power when paired with a USB-C power adapter rated 35W or higher. Actual charging speed depends on your device and power adapter.
What power adapter do I need?
The pad uses a USB-C power input and works with most wall power adapters. For maximum charging performance, pair it with a USB-C power adapter rated 35W or higher.
Is it normal for my phone or charging pad to get warm?
Some warmth is normal during wireless charging. Keep the pad uncovered and in a well-ventilated area. If your phone or the pad becomes unusually hot, stop charging and let both cool before using them again.
Can I use my phone while it charges?
Yes. The built-in, multi-angle phone stand lets you position your phone for viewing while it charges.
