What kind of discounts are you offering on Black Friday/Cyber Monday?
We’ll be offering all kinds of EARRESISTABLE deals, starting with our Early Black Friday Sale on October 31st where you can get up to 50% off our products sitewide. Why isn’t my discount code working? Why can’t I use my discount code on top of your holiday deals?
During our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, because of the RAY-adical deals we’re offering this holiday season, we’re temporarily disabling the use of our discount codes. We’ve made it simple and built in the best possible deal right into the final price. Don’t worry, though! They’ll be up and running after Cyber Monday, so you’ll be able to use them after our sale is over.
What’s the holiday shipping policy?
During the holiday season we will be offering the same shipping methods we do year round! You can read about those shipping options for both our domestic and international customers here.
Do you have expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping for our international customers.
For a limited time only, expedited shipping will be available for orders in the United States above $99 for no additional cost.
For orders below $99 in the United States, customers can still upgrade to Expedited Shipping via USPS or UPS, depending on carrier regulations for an additional $4.99 USD.
Please note that UPS does not ship on holidays or weekends. Please allow one business day for processing orders before they ship out. UPS cannot deliver packages to PO Boxes.
How can I be sure my order will get to me on time?
Between all the cheer, cookie baking, decorating, and deal snatching, we know the holidays can be a stressful time and that last minute shopping happens. Since carriers are often overwhelmed this time of year, unexpected delays and lost shipments are oftentimes unavoidable. We suggest ordering as early as possible to guarantee delivery before the holidays.

What’s the holiday return policy?
While we’re sure your Raycons will SLEIGH, we’re extending our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for products purchased during the holiday season. Orders purchased between October 31st and December 15th can be returned for a full refund or exchange up until January 15th! Purchases made after December 15th will be subject to our standard return period. To learn more about our 30-day return policy, click here.

Is there a special holiday warranty policy?
Raycon products purchased this holiday season will be covered by our standard Raycon Limited Warranty, which covers manufacturer defects for the first year following the device’s purchase date. You can see more information about our Limited Warranty here.
Gifting Raycons? This year you can provide your loved one with a gift receipt so they can easily take advantage of our 1-year warranty. To read more about gift receipts, click here.
Can I get a gift receipt?
We’re excited to finally introduce gift receipts just in time for the holiday season! This way your giftee can take advantage of all the benefits Raycon has to offer, without seeing the price.
In order to send a gift receipt, all you need to do is enter your order number (without the ‘#’) and shipping code here. Then all you need to do is give the name of your giftee and choose a product! From there, you’ll be provided a QR code that you can take a picture of, print, or email to your giftee!
If they experience a problem with their product anytime within our limited 1-year warranty, they will be able to use the QR to easily file a claim.

Do you gift wrap?
At the moment we do not offer gift wrapping. Our earbuds come snugly encased in our sleekly-designed boxes that can be easily wrapped or given as a gift without the use of additional wrapping.
