Connecting via Bluetooth

  1. Enter pairing mode. Long press the M button for 2 seconds. The headphones will power on and enter pairing mode - the LED will blink red and blue alternately. "Raycon Bone Conduction" will appear in your device's Bluetooth list.
  2. Pair from your device. Select "Raycon Bone Conduction" from your phone, tablet, or laptop's available Bluetooth devices. Confirm the pairing request if prompted.
  3. Connection confirmed. The LED will stop blinking and you'll hear a tone confirming the connection is active.

Tip: The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on. If you need to pair with a new device, make sure the headphones are not connected to a previous device first.

Charging

  1. Connect the magnetic charging cable. Align the magnetic cable with the charging pins on the headphones. The magnets will snap the cable into place. The cable attaches in one direction only - if it doesn't snap, flip it and try again.
  2. Plug into a power source. Connect the USB end to a computer, USB wall adapter, or power bank.
  3. Verify the connection. The LED will turn solid red to indicate charging is in progress. Once fully charged, the LED turns solid blue.
  4. Charging time: A full charge takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and provides about 14 hours of playback.

Important: If the charging contacts become wet, gently dry them with a soft, dry towel and allow the headphones to air dry completely at room temperature before connecting the charging cable. Charging while wet may risk short circuits or damage.

Choosing the Right Style

Your Bone Conduction Headphones can be worn in two positions to suit different environments.

[Image: Immersive style - rotated down 35 degrees]

Immersive Style

Best for noisy environments: commuting, markets, cycling. Rotates the transducer closer to the ear canal for more sound isolation.

[Image: Open style - rotated up 35 degrees]

Open Style

Best for active use: running, office, gym, hiking. Keeps ears open for full situational awareness while listening.

Multipoint

Multipoint lets you connect your headphones to two devices at the same time - for example, your phone and laptop. Audio switches automatically to whichever device is playing, so you can move between a workout playlist and work calls without disconnecting and reconnecting.

How to Set Up Multipoint

  1. Pair with your first device (e.g., your smartphone) using the standard Bluetooth pairing process.
  2. Disconnect the headphones from your first device using that device's Bluetooth settings. The headphones will re-enter Pairing Mode.
  3. Pair with your second device (e.g., your laptop) via its Bluetooth settings.
  4. Turn off the headphones and wait 5 seconds, then turn them back on.
  5. Done. The headphones will now connect to both devices when powered on. Audio plays from whichever device is active.
Note: Both devices must be within Bluetooth range and have Bluetooth enabled for Multipoint to work.

Troubleshooting

Make sure the headphones are within 10 meters (33 feet) of your connected device. Check the battery level on both the headphones and your device - low battery can weaken the connection. Remove any obstacles between the headphones and your device. If the problem persists, unpair and re-pair the headphones.
Verify the magnetic cable is securely snapped onto the charging pins (it only attaches in one direction - try flipping it). Try a different USB port or power adapter. Clean the charging pins gently with a dry cloth. Inspect the cable for visible damage - if damaged, contact Raycon support for a replacement.
Confirm the headphones are charged and disconnected from any Bluetooth device before starting the setup. Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (blinking red and blue) when connecting the second device. Follow the full 5-step process: pair first device, disconnect, pair second device, power cycle the headphones.
Bone conduction headphones transmit sound through your cheekbones, so fit and positioning matter. Try adjusting the angle - use the Immersive Style (rotated down) for louder, more isolated sound. Make sure volume is turned up on both the headphones and your device. If in a very noisy environment, the Immersive position will help.
The battery may be fully depleted. Connect the magnetic charging cable and charge for at least 15-20 minutes before attempting to power on. If the LED does not light up at all during charging, check the cable connection and try a different power source.
