CARE & MAINTENANCE

1. Twist and remove existing aerator from sink

• Hidden aerators come off using one of the included Aerator Removal Keys (4 included). Find the key that matches your hidden faucet.

• Standard aerators come off using pliers or a adjustable wrench. If necessary, place a small towel between your faucet and the wrench to prevent scratches to the faucet surface.

2. Select the correct Adapter for your faucet from the 8 included sizes - note, an internal thread faucet will need an external thread adapter, and vice versa.

• Note: The correct adapter should be able to thread onto your faucet after 3-5 turns.

• If none of these Adapters fit your faucet please reach out to us at info@rayconglobal.com

3. Once the adapter is found, insert the matching Silicone Gasket over the adapter and ensure a tight fit. The gasket will help to prevent leaks after installation.

• The silicone gasket is placed differently between an internal & external thread adapter.

4. Twist the correct Adapter onto the faucet and tighten using the included Adapter Installation Key

• Twist carefully and ensure that the adapter is not mis-aligned and properly threading into the faucet

5. Attach the Purifier Assembly to the Adapter by pressing the front & back buttons and pushing upwards until tight. Ensure the unit is not loose.

6. Before using, be sure to remove & plastic from the Filter Cartridge located inside of the Assembly and run water through the Purifier for about one minute. Check for leaks or issues and tighten accordingly

USING YOUR WATER FILTER

1. Be to sure to let the water run through the filtered setting for at least 5-10 seconds before each use.

2. Eco-Shower Mode:

• To cycle through filtered and unfiltered water, locate the filter lever on the right side of the Purifier Assembly and simply flip up or down - filtered water on-demand.

• This feature can help reduce water usage in your home, ultimately saving cost on your water bill.

3. Avoid touching the surface of the Filtered Water outlet to prevent bacterial growth forming.

The Faucet Filter is designed to filter water at temperatures between 5°C - 38°C (41°F - 100°F). Not adhering to this temperature range may cauge damage to the product and/or the filter.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

REPLACING THE FILTER
Note: Replace the filter every 3 months for optimal performance.
1. Turn off the faucet and swivel the Filter Assembly forward 90 degrees in order to detach the assembly from the rest of the product.
• Note: Water might still be in the filter, and it is normal for water to leak out of the Fitler Assembly

2. Rotate the filter cartridge counter clockwise and upward to remove the Filter from the assembly - be sure to note the orientation of the filter before removal.

3. Insert the replacement filter vertically in the same orientation and push it tight. Close the cartridge cover and tight it by turning the Filter Assembly clockwise.

CLEANING THE UNIT
1. Gently clean the exterior of The Faucet Filter using a damp sponge or soft cloth. If necessary, you can also use a mild dishwashing liquid for effective cleaning.

GENERAL FAQ:
WHAT DOES THE FAUCET WATER PURIFIER FILTER?

• The Activated Carbon Filter + PureFlowTM (UF Membrane) Filter is able to filter, chlorine, rust, lead, sediment, bacteria, and PFAS.

• The Filter is not able to filter / remove dissolved solutes (i.e. salt) from water.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY AIR FILTER FOR MY DEVICE?

• To ensure maximum contaminant removal, replace your PUR filter after 100 gallons of use or every 3 months

HOW DO I CLEAN MY FILTER SYSTEM?

• • If you haven’t used your Faucet Water Purifier in several days, run water through the system for approximately 1 minute. This will help to help flush out any air bubbles, loose particles, or initial impurities that may have accumulated over time, and
  helps to activate and prepare the filter for efficient filtration, allowing it to function optimally.

INSTALLATION ISSUES
FAUCET ADAPTER WILL NOT FIT:

• Check to make sure the old aerator was fully removed and that the threads on your faucet are not damaged. Be sure to hand tighten the adapter before using the Adapter Installation Key.

FILTERED WATER RUNNING SLOWLY OVER TIME:

• • Slow water is a sign that your filter may be in need of replacing as the filter might be clogged.
  

WATER IS LEAKING BETWEEN FAUCET & PURIFIER ASSEMBLY:

• If reinstallation does not resolve the leak, use the attached Teflon Plumber’s Tape: Clean and dry the threads, then wrap the tape clockwise around them, overlapping slightly. Apply moderate pressure while wrapping, tear off the tape, and press the end firmly against the threads.

• Verify that the included silicone gasket is installed properly

• Ensure that the Purifier assembly is secured properly to the Faucet adapter by clicking both

  front & back buttons and pressing up firmly to the adapter.

SAFETY & WARRANTY

SAFETY GUIDELINES

• This product is to be used with municipal tap water supply. It is not intended to fully purify unsafe water. Do not use with water of unknown quality levels or inadequate disinfection.

• For best filtration and optimal results, promptly replace the UF membrane filter after 3 months of use.

• Use caution when moving the Purifier handle. Excessive force can damage the product.

• This product is not suitable for households with water pressures above 58 psi. If pressures

  exceed this level do not use the maximum force or the purifier will be damaged.

• This product is not suitable for temperatures above 100°F (38°C) or below 41°F (5°C).

  Overheating or freezing will damage the product.

• The included Adapters will only fit faucets with diameters 15-24mm.

• Let water run for 5 seconds prior to daily use, this activates the filtration system.

• Let water run for 30 seconds if you haven’t used the Purifier in a few days, this refreshes the

  filtration.

• Do not install this product near flames, high temperatures, or in areas with direct sunlight

  exposure.

• Do not clean the Purifier plastic components with harmful chemicals. Do not place any

  components in the dishwasher.
