First of all the return process is a pain, I am waiting a second day for a representative to contact me with their no questions asked returns policy. It looks like I’ll have to eat the ship back cost.

The earbuds sound quality is ehhh okay, not bad enough to return outright but not great enough to want to keep.

The reason for my return is that they feel in my ear like a lump of plastic rather than something that’s meant to be there, as I walk they shake and wobble, they feel like they are about to fall out all the time so I am aware of them instead of just forgetting about them and enjoying my music.

Despite trying multiple ear tips they still don’t fit well and since they don’t seal the ear and constantly wobble in it the ANC isn’t worth all that much when on public transport or in the city.

I’ve had better fitting earbuds from a bargain store when in a pinch so there’s no excuse at this price point.

Additionally there is no app, the instructions in the booklet conflict with website instructions, no rebind options, touch screen sucks to use due to the wobble in the ear, missed touch registration.

I would look into a different brand, if I manage to get my refund I’ll just pay 100 euro extra for my next pair to avoid the nonsense.

2.5/5 really. The earbuds are loud and have great sound quality. I have a few different pairs of raycons and I love the battery life on these and the fitness earbuds. The sensors are too sensitive. It’s always hanging up my calls and pausing my music if I even have to slightly adjust them in my ears. That is also my 2nd con for these is they fall out easily. I would definitely go with the fitness earbuds if you are between the two.
