One of my earbuds stopped functioning and Raycon replaced the entire item. Very fast and very friendly!
My only regret is not buying them sooner. I needed to cut down on the stimulus I am subjected to at the office to protect my sanity. These do a good job at cancelling out phones ringing, people speaking loudly and even the sound of my own typing on my PC keyboard. I can still hear enough to tell when someone is trying to buzz me (which is perfect for what I am using them for) but they dull loud noises better than anything else I've tried. I honestly got a bit emotional when I discovered how well they work. The audio quality is great, they hold a charge all day, and they are easy to use. I love how customizable they are to get the perfect fit. I just love everything about them lol. I may get a pair of the ear buds Raycon offers meant to be worn while sleeping next. I'm a Raycon convert!
One of my favorite ear buds
Absolutely amazing but even more so the support staff at raycon. Amazing people there!!
The Impact ear buds seem to be good quality. I bought the heavy duty version for durability. My previous Earfun buds didn't last long. Raycon sounds great with good bass and noise cancelation. They are good for mowing the lawn. The silicone adjusters could be better. I don't notice much difference between the large and extra small. The charging case is sturdy and good quality. I'm happy with my purchase overall.
