What kind of discounts are you offering on Black Friday/Cyber Monday?
We’re kicking off the holidays with deals so EARRESISTABLE they’d make Santa drop his cookie.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday are when you’ll see our biggest, boldest, most sleigh-worthy savings of the year — no codes, no tricks, just instant cheer at checkout.
Once the big weekend wraps, we keep the festive spirit rolling with fresh offers, surprise drops, and enough savings to make even the Grinch grin. New offers may appear (and disappear!) as we get closer to the holidays, so keep an eye out here for the latest.
Why isn’t my discount code working? Why can’t I use my discount code on top of your holiday deals?
During our Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions, things get extra RAY-dical– so there’s no need to use discount codes, get the best deal– we bake the best possible savings right into the price.
To make things easier, we’ve disabled discount codes from November 26 through December 3.
Your discount codes will be back on December 4, fresh off vacation.
What’s the holiday shipping policy?
We offer the same shipping methods we do year-round — nothing changes except the amount of cheer in the air.

Can I send items in an order to different addresses?
Not at the moment — one order = one address.
If you’re playing holiday elf for multiple people, place separate orders and we’ll take it from there.
Do you have expedited shipping?
Yes! U.S. customers can upgrade to Expedited Shipping for an additional $15. (PO Boxes aren’t eligible — even Santa can’t get UPS to deliver to those.)
Depending on the weight of your order, you may see an increase in shipping cost.
(Please note that many carriers does not ship on holidays or weekends. Please allow one business day to process orders before they ship out.)
We currently do not offer expedited shipping for our international customers.
How can I be sure my order will get to me on time?
Between all the cheer, cookie baking, decorating, and deal snatching, we know the holidays can be a stressful time, and that last-minute shopping happens. Since carriers are often overwhelmed this time of year, unexpected delays and lost shipments are often unavoidable. We suggest ordering as early as possible to guarantee delivery before the holidays.

What’s the holiday return policy?
While we’re sure your Raycons will SLEIGH, we’re extending our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for products purchased during the holiday season. Orders purchased between November 26th and December 25th can be returned for a full refund or exchanged up until January 31st, 2026! Purchases made after December 25th will be subject to our standard return period. To learn more about our 30-day return policy, click here.
Is there a special holiday warranty policy?
Yes — your Raycons are on the Nice List for a little longer this year.
Products purchased between November 26 and December 25 are covered under our Raycon Limited Warranty until December 25 of the following year — giving your giftee a full year of coverage starting Christmas Day.
Outside the holiday period, the standard 1-year warranty applies.

Can I get a gift receipt?
We currently don’t offer gift receipts, however if you’re feeling like Martha Stewart and want to make your own — here’s a simple, festive way to do it:

Do you gift wrap?
At the moment we do not offer gift wrapping. Our earbuds come snugly encased in our sleekly-designed boxes that can be easily wrapped or given as a gift without the use of additional wrapping.
