What do I do if the LEDs on my capsule or earbuds won’t turn on?
It is possible your capsule or earbuds might be in standby mode. To wake the product, place your earbuds in the capsule and ensure the earbuds are properly seated and in contact with the charging pins. Then plug the capsule into a power source. This will wake the product and the LEDs will turn on.
What’s the difference between Bluetooth Mode and Sleep Mode?
Bluetooth Mode works like normal earbuds from your phone, tablet, or laptop.
Sleep Mode disconnects Bluetooth and plays 5 built-in sleep sounds. No phone needed.
Is it OK to sleep with earbuds every night?
Yes, when you keep the volume moderate and clean them regularly. Our low-profile fit and soft tips are designed for all-night comfort.
Will my alarms or notifications play through the earbuds?
In most cases, alarms and notifications will play through your phone’s speakers, not the earbuds - even when you’re connected in Bluetooth Mode. That’s by design. You’ll still hear your alarm from your phone or clock.
When you switch to Sleep Mode, the earbuds disconnect from Bluetooth, so alarms and notifications will always play on your device, not through the earbuds.
Do these have ANC?
No. We use passive isolation tuned for sleep to target the frequencies that are most prone to waking us up; this also optimizes for battery playtime.
