Where do you ship?
Domestically, we ship to any address in the United States except Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the United States Virgin Islands.
Internationally, we ship to the following countries: France, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Poland.
How long does shipping usually take?
Ground shipping usually takes between 4 and 14 business days.
Expedited shipping usually takes 2 business days once the order has been processed. Processing can take up to 3 business days depending on order volume.

We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders greater than $30 placed on www.rayconglobal.com. International orders vary in shipping cost based on country.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. The 45 day period begins upon the date of your purchase. We are evaluating the evolving situation and will be happy to work with each customer to extend the return if necessary during these volatile times. Within those 45 days, you may submit a request for a full refund, product exchange, or Raycon store credit of equivalent value that may be redeemable for any product on our website.
What is your product warranty policy?
Raycon products purchased this holiday season will be covered by our standard Raycon Limited Warranty, which covers manufacturer defects for the first year following the device’s purchase date. You can see more information about our Limited Warranty here.
