What kind of discounts are you offering on Black Friday/Cyber Monday?


We’ll offer all kinds of EARRESISTABLE deals, starting with our Early Black Friday Sale on November 11th, where you can get up to 30% off audio products and tech kits sitewide! Why isn’t my discount code working? Why can’t I use my discount code on top of your holiday deals?


During our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, because of the RAY-adical deals we’re offering this holiday season, we’re temporarily disabling the use of our discount codes. We’ve made it simple and built in the best possible deal right into the final price. Don’t worry, though! They’ll be up and running after Cyber Monday, so you can use them after our sale ends.



What’s the holiday shipping policy?


During the holiday season, we will be offering the same shipping methods we do year-round! You can read about those shipping options for both our domestic and international customers here.

Can I send items in an order to different addresses?


Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order. If you'd like to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address. This way, we can ensure each order is shipped accurately to the right destination.



Do you have expedited shipping?


For orders in the United States, customers can choose to upgrade to Expedited Shipping via UPS for an additional $15 USD. Depending on the weight of your order, you may see an increase in shipping cost.

Please note that UPS does not ship on holidays or weekends. Please allow one business day to process orders before they ship out. UPS cannot deliver packages to PO Boxes.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping for our international customers.



How can I be sure my order will get to me on time?


Between all the cheer, cookie baking, decorating, and deal snatching, we know the holidays can be a stressful time, and that last-minute shopping happens. Since carriers are often overwhelmed this time of year, unexpected delays and lost shipments are often unavoidable. We suggest ordering as early as possible to guarantee delivery before the holidays.

What’s the holiday return policy?


While we’re sure your Raycons will SLEIGH, we’re extending our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for products purchased during the holiday season. Orders purchased between November 1st and December 15th can be returned for a full refund or exchange up until January 15th! Purchases made after December 15th will be subject to our standard return period. To learn more about our 30-day return policy, click here.



Is there a special holiday warranty policy?


Raycon products purchased this holiday season will be covered by our standard Raycon Limited Warranty, which covers manufacturer defects for the first year following the device’s purchase date. You can see more information about our Limited Warranty here.



Can I get a gift receipt?


We don’t currently offer gift receipts, but here are a couple of ways to make gifting easy and price-free:

Print and Modify the Order Confirmation: If you'd like to include a form of receipt, you can print your order confirmation and black out the pricing details with a marker.
Gift Note: Consider adding a personal note instead. This way, the recipient knows who sent the gift without needing any price details.

If the recipient needs to make a return or exchange, they can use the shipping zip code and order number to initiate the process. We’re here if you have any questions!



Do you gift wrap?


At the moment we do not offer gift wrapping. Our earbuds come snugly encased in our sleekly-designed boxes that can be easily wrapped or given as a gift without the use of additional wrapping.
