Follow our easy pairing steps and you’ll be jamming out in no time!

Place both earbuds inside the charging case and close. Ensure indicator lights are on.

Open the case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically turn on.

Turn on Bluetooth and pair to“Raycon E50 Eardrums”.

IMPORTANT: If you skip step 1 before initial use you may experience pairing problems!

How to factory reset your E50 earphones:
While the earbuds are off, hold the power on/off button on theleftand right earphones for 30 seconds to restore the earphonesto factory settings.
If you are using a smartphone:
1. Turn off earbuds
2. Delete all Raycon Bluetooth names in the settings of all paired devices
3. Hold down the earbud buttons on both earphones for 30 seconds.
4. Turn both earphones on by holding down both of the buttons togetherand wait for earbuds to pair to each other
5. Locate and click on Raycon E50 in your phone's settings to connect
