I like it, it's working as intended. But, I didn't like the fact that I had to buy that newer charging capsule 2 weeks after buying my first pair of Raycons.
Hopefully, when I go to buy a pair of headphones in the future, I don't encounter a similar issue again.
I accidently put my charging capsule through a load of laundry... so I was glad I was able to purchase a replacement. Works great, charges quickly.
Customer service is non existent with this company i emailed thembut they have yet to email me backoreder#3743748
Doesn’t seem to be charging the ear buds. One will charge and the other doesn’t. Not sure what the problem is and the case itself is not showing charged.
